In the heart of Toronto, the dynamic partnership of TAS and Woodbourne will create over 1,000 new homes, surrounded by public gardens full of plants and life and defined by our historic smokestack. This will be a space for friends and families to gather in all of Toronto’s four seasons as these once-abandoned yards come alive with year-round events.
